PHOENIX OSTOMY CHAPTER, INC.
The Phoenix Ostomy Chapter is a non-profit group of people who have had ostomy surgery and
have joined together along with family members to help new and fellow ostomates.
Our chapter hopes to help others by: monthly meetings, education, in-service lectures, newsletters
and visiting services.
